- 1 / 5By Nicole ThroopI recently had an unpleasant experience with the store. They were unable to fulfill a reservation for a pontoon made 4 weeks in advance. They offered multiple excuses but no apologies. They acted as if it were unreasonable for us to be disappointed, and they invalidated our experience further by noting there was no financial loss to us. It is true that we had not yet paid for the rental, but some of us traveled from out of state. The owners offered no recompense for the inability to fulfill the reservation. Rather, we were met by an incessant diatribe regarding their lack of profit on current rental prices. Unimpressive to say the least!!September 12, 2016
